Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day delivery with zero-error standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges
- Adhere to all safety protocols during high-volume overnight operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and order verification
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday through Friday
- Proficient with handheld scanning technology or quick learner
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
