Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks efficiently while maintaining safety protocols
- Conduct quality control checks on packaged products
- Optimize packing workflows to reduce material waste and increase productivity
- Train new packers on company procedures and equipment operation
- Maintain organized inventory records using WMS systems
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve order discrepancies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume order packing experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with inventory management software and RF scanners
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Experience leading small teams preferred
