Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using handheld scanners and inventory systems
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipping to prevent errors
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable transportation to/from the facility
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background screening
