Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products within 150,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with 99.5% accuracy
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable overnight availability (11 PM - 7 AM schedule)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
