Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient product flow and space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S principles
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 facility location
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
