Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments in our Honolulu warehouse
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain data accuracy
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Document warehouse activities using our WMS inventory management system
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to night shift location
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekly pay schedule
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain through company training
