Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse storage efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Document inventory discrepancies and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
