Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with zero errors
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse conditions
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless transition of critical tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in RF scanner technology and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM, weekends as needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
