Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation procedures
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient overnight operations and space utilization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation with meticulous attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics environment
- OSHA-certified forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong mathematical skills and inventory management experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts with weekend availability
- Proficient in RF scanning technology and warehouse management systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
