Responsibilities
- Perform daily order picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control standards.
- Manage inventory stock levels by conducting regular cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends).
