Responsibilities
- Perform order picking, packing, and shipping duties accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners for inventory tracking.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clutter-free workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
