Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy standards
- Inspect and maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety compliance, and equipment functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screen
