Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment using appropriate packaging materials to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck) as certified.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for defects and ensure only high-quality products are shipped.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
