Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments, verify inventory counts, and maintain detailed records
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety compliance
- Optimize order fulfillment through efficient picking, packing, and staging processes
- Conduct regular warehouse inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and hazard prevention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation initiatives
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S methodology
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy (WMS experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid California driver's license required
