Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Execute efficient order picking and packing for overnight fulfillment
- Perform rigorous cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and safety protocols
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Document all warehouse activities in real-time inventory systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory system familiarity
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for overnight shifts
