Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect and sort inbound shipments for quality control and proper documentation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S principles
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth transition and workflow continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for overnight shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
