Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Execute precise material handling and inventory management tasks
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities and inventory counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Support loading/unloading operations for inbound/outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-approved forklift certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (Fri-Sun) with overtime
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred
