Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper organization of stock.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Secure cargo properly during transport to prevent damage or accidents.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hiring).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs.
- Strong ability to stand, walk, and operate machinery for long periods.
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (e.g., Friday - Sunday).
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
