Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using provided scanners and pallet jacks
- Pick and pack orders according to priority lists while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handover processes
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and equipment maintenance procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality for overnight shifts
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
