Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with zero-error precision for next-day delivery
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space through systematic 5S practices
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless transition of critical tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
