Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for overnight shipping
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counting and documentation
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Uphold OSHA standards and 5S warehouse organization principles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
