Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy within 99.5% tolerance levels
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform quality control checks on all products
- Document workflow activities in digital logbooks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience or equivalent training
- Valid forklift certification preferred (will train)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality record
- Ability to work independently in low-supervision environments
