Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements and shipping labels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and quality assurance.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory in designated areas efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we offer comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be reliable and available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
