Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory frozen food products in temperature-controlled facilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move pallets safely
- Prepare outbound shipments using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety and OSHA standards
- Complete daily warehouse reports and inventory counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
