Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Maintain OSHA-compliant warehouse safety protocols and equipment operation
- Optimize order fulfillment with precision and speed in temperature-controlled zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Train and mentor new associates on warehouse procedures
- Implement lean practices to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
