Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to the picking list and quality standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper stacking and storage of products.
- Participate in inventory counts and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picking experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
- Basic computer skills for operating warehouse management systems.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
