Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality control and proper labeling
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout following safety protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to the warehouse facility
- Flexible availability to work mornings, afternoons, or weekends
