Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory receiving, scanning, and put-away processes
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with OSHA compliance
- Manage order fulfillment with 99.9% accuracy standards
- Maintain OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace organization
- Coordinate cross-functional team workflows during peak operations
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanning experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
