Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and implement efficient stacking/palletizing techniques
- Conduct quality control inspections on products before shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Generate daily activity reports and inventory documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in using warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
