Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in our climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day deliveryMaintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Team player with positive attitude
