Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision to meet overnight delivery deadlines
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to ensure OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM shifts)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
