Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain clean workspace conditions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with WMS systems
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Background check and drug screen required
