The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain process. You will ensure our products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (we will train the right candidates).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
