Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Package and label products securely for timely shipment.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and operational targets.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Reliable attendance and a history of punctuality.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
