Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning equipment
- Accurately track and organize inventory using digital systems
- Load/unload shipments with precision and safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse conditions
- Collaborate with team to meet overnight productivity targets
- Report equipment issues and safety concerns immediately
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to 3rd shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to use provided PPE and equipment
- Team player with strong communication skills
- No warehouse experience required – training provided
