Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated sorting systems with precision
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with 99.9% accuracy standards
- Maintain inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in a temperature-controlled environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Execute quality control checks on all products
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass criminal background check and pre-employment screening
- Reliable transportation to facility
