Responsibilities
- Operate powered warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors) with provided PPE and training
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain organized inventory levels through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in temperature-controlled environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform equipment pre/post-shift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper training
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
