Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight from trucks using manual techniques and equipment
- Organize and stage inventory for efficient shipping/receiving operations
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery with proper training
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
