Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (provided)
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled zones
- Perform quality checks and documentation procedures
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Willingness to operate provided equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- No prior warehouse experience required
