Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to priority schedules
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and equipment handling procedures
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports and maintenance requests
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless handover processes
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper equipment use
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for WMS data entry
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license (equipment operation training provided)
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
