Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ team members in receiving, storing, and distributing high-value inventory
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to achieve 99.5% order accuracy
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols and conduct regular audits
- Manage inventory control systems and reduce shrinkage below 0.3%
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for executive review
Qualifications
- 5+ years in warehouse management with 2+ supervisory experience
- Proven expertise in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator certification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent conflict resolution and team development abilities
- Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
