Responsibilities
- Operate powered warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) provided by the company
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day shipment
- Maintain organized and clean work areas per safety standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits using provided technology
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight shift
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain with company training
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanner operation
- Attention to detail with inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to early morning shift start
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
