Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and stage incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely outbound delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekly pay schedule
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shift start times
