Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory management and cycle counting during overnight shifts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Process incoming shipments and outbound orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and optimal stock rotation protocols
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company quality control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
