Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and order selectors safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards in a climate-controlled environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
