Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently to and from delivery trucks and storage areas.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and ensuring items match packing slips.
- Inspect packages for damage during transit and report any issues to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely after training.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
