Responsibilities
- Operate provided warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory scanning, tracking, and reconciliation systems
- Load/unload shipments and organize storage areas per protocol
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow processes
- Complete accurate documentation and reporting tasks
- Participate in quality control inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Pass pre-employment background check
- No prior warehouse experience required
