Your Role
As an Overnight Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our distribution center. You will ensure that products are processed, sorted, and shipped accurately and efficiently to our clients across the Northeast.
We are looking for individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and conveyors using provided material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report findings immediately.
- Sort, organize, and stoke inventory in designated warehouse zones.
- Operate handheld scanners to update inventory management systems in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards) at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory accuracy and documentation.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Buffalo facility.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for reliable candidates.
