Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems (equipment provided) to load, unload, and move materials efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Scan, track, and verify stock levels to ensure accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment by packaging, labeling, and organizing products according to customer specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Maintain cleanliness in workstations and aisles to ensure optimal workflow and safety.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we value a strong work ethic over tenure.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
