Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trucks and freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock inventory in the warehouse to maintain optimal workflow.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
- Clean and maintain the warehouse environment to ensure a safe workspace.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a strong plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
